General Leasing Info:  Applicants must show proof of income with 3x monthly rent.  Background and credit history, rental history and employment information will be verified.  Background/credit review will be completed through MySmartMove.com, fee payable by applicant. Leases are 12 months with first and security deposit due, lower credit scores may require higher deposit amounts.  Absolutely no smoking allowed.  Pets are not preferred and could be considered on case-by-case basis, if allowed additional pet fee $275 non-refundable.  Renter's insurance is required.
