General Leasing Info:  Applicants must show proof of income with 3x monthly rent.  Background and credit history, rental history and employment information will be verified.  Background/credit review will be completed through MySmartMove.com, $42 fee payable by applicant. Leases are 12 months with first, last and security deposit due.  No smoking allowed.  Pets considered on case-by-case basis, if allowed additional pet fee $275 non-refundable.  Renter's insurance is required.
